Holiday gifting? All orders placed 12/1-12/31 will enjoy 42 days from shipment to return or exchange, excluding final sale items. That's twice our usual window.
In the event of a manufacturing defect email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and photo if applicable. You must use the provided return label to send back your item. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time.
New and unused items that are eligible can be exchanged for any available item on site or for full purchase amount in store credit. You must use the provided return label to send back your item. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time.
We accept returns or exchanges on any product (excluding masks, croco, vaqueta, last chance, sale) in absolutely new + unused condition with all straps and components included within 21 days of shipment. All returns are charged a flat $12 fee upon refund (this does not apply to exchanges or store credit) which is deducted from your total refund amount.
We will not accept any items that look used or worn or are missing components like dust bag, shoe bag, etc. This is up to our discretion. If your return is not accepted you will be notified and it will be returned back to you. We are not responsible for any personal item(s) left in products when sent back to us.
