Caraa Returns
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of shipment. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from caraa.co. Final sale items, including masks, croco, and vaqueta styles, are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer complimentary exchanges and free returns for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a $15 processing fee. Once a return or exchange has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
We strongly encourage customers to use the prepaid return labels provided through our returns portal, as Caraa is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged when alternative shipping methods are used.
Items purchased as part of a bundle may only be returned or exchanged as a complete bundle. Individual items within a bundle are not eligible for return or exchange. All bundle returns and exchanges are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing after your return is delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued once the return has been approved.
In the event of a manufacturing defect email us at hello@caraa.co within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and photo if applicable. You must use the provided return label to send back your item. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time.
New and unused items that are eligible can be exchanged for any available item on site or for full purchase amount in store credit. You must use the provided return label to send back your item. We are unable to accept third-party return labels at this time.
Please note: Items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be individually exchanged or returned for a different size, color, or model. All items in the bundle must be returned or exchanged together.
We accept returns or exchanges on any product (excluding masks, croco, vaqueta, last chance, and sale items) in absolutely new and unused condition, with all original straps and components included, within 21 days of shipment. A flat $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. If you choose to exchange or keep store credit the restock fee will be reduced to $5.
Bundle returns and exchanges are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
We will not accept any items that appear used, worn, or are missing components (e.g. dust bag, shoe bag). Acceptance is at our discretion. If your return is not accepted, you will be notified and the item will be returned to you.
Please ensure that no personal items are left inside products before sending them back — we are not responsible for any personal belongings returned with merchandise.
We're unable to provide shipping labels for US territories or international returns at this time. Any shipping costs, duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be nonrefundable. To initiate, please email us at hello@caraa.co.
Please note that rewards applied to a purchase are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you return an item purchased using rewards, the reward portion (e.g., $25 used on a $100 order) will not be refunded. Additionally, rewards cannot be reapplied to exchanged items. We recommend keeping this in mind before using your rewards at checkout.
